International Amazon Products Not Importing
If you have integrated your International Amazon Marketplace account but products have not imported into SellerActive.
Currently SellerActive only accepts English (US) for the default language of you Amazon Seller Central Account. We do not have translations set up for other languages or English dialects, so when we process your Amazon inventory report, it doesn't have all of the required columns we need to import your catalog.
How to update your Amazon SellerCentral Settings.
Step 1: The setting is in Seller Central under Settings -> Account Info -> Business Information -> Language for feed processing report.
Step 2: Select English (US) from the drop down menu and hit update.
Step 3: Navigate back to your SellerActive account and go to Settings -> Integrations -> Amazon Tile. Hit import latest on the left hand side under Last Inventory Import.
