With nearly two decades of leadership experience in logistics and supply chain management, Simpson is focused on delivering innovative solutions to meet the evolving needs of modern commerce. Prior to joining Cart.com, he was the President and CEO of Radial Inc., where he oversaw large-scale operations and drove key advancements in ecommerce fulfillment. He has also held senior leadership roles at Modivcare Mobility, bpostgroup, Ryder System, Inc., Pentair and Cintas. A veteran of the United States Air Force, Simpson is committed to leveraging his expertise to guide Cart.com through its next phase of growth.
Timothy W. Manning
Former White House Supply Coordinator
Timothy W. Manning is a seasoned expert in emergency management, national security and resilience. He is the President of Berglind-Manning L.C., a consultancy specializing in national security and disaster preparedness. Manning has held key roles in government, including Deputy Administrator at FEMA and White House COVID-19 Supply Chain Coordinator. He has managed critical responses to national emergencies and led global disaster risk reduction initiatives. As a Research Professor at Georgetown University, he focuses on homeland security and global health policy. Manning is a published author and respected advisor, shaping policy on resilience and crisis management worldwide.
Christopher Siepmann
International Trade Expert
Christopher Siepmann is an international affairs expert whose work has impacted over $100 billion in global commerce. As Managing Director of Weller James, he advises clients on geopolitics, international trade strategy, policy changes, reshoring and nearshoring, value chain risk, duty mitigation, foreign direct investment and related topics. Prior to entering the private sector, he served as Director of Trade Enforcement at the White House Office of the U.S. Trade Representative, where he advised senior government leaders in the first Trump administration on the U.S.-China tariffs and steel and aluminum tariffs, along with a broad range of other industrial competitiveness and trade-related issues. Before that, Chris led U.S. government investigations into unfair international trade practices at the U.S. Department of Commerce's International Trade Administration.
