Add Tracking Numbers to Shipments

Here's how to create shipments and add tracking information

Step 1. Find an order here

Step 2. Create shipment or add tracking

Step 3. Select products to go in the shipment

Step 4. Add select carrier and add tracking 

If needed, you can edit existing shipments and changes will still be saved and sent back to the sales channel.

Why do some orders have shipments?
  • If your order had a shipment created via the sales channel (Shopify) or another system like DesktopShipper, we'll show the shipments
Does the channel get updated with tracking numbers?
  • Instantly. The sales channel will immediately be sent tracking information
