Robert Johnson, SVP of Value Realization
RJ will be responsible for the development, management, and analysis of Cart.com’s sales and customer success strategy. He joins Cart.com from NuORDER where he was the SVP of Customer Success and Payments. His previous roles include Global Head of Customer Success at Adobe Commerce and Senior Director of Operations at Rent.com.
Laura Kimball, VP of Go-To-Market Enablement
Laura will be responsible for scaling Cart.com’s global Go-To-Market enablement team with a focus on cross-product enablement, skills and methodology training, onboarding, and systems and tools knowledge reinforcement. She brings over 20 years of experience in global enablement at companies including Adobe, Magento, Netsuite, IBM, and Sterling Commerce.
